This policy explains how Anko Bridge handles information across the web platform and the student-first mobile app experience reflected in this codebase.

Information we collect

  • Account details provided through sign-in, including your name, email address, and role.
  • Student workflow data such as admissions plans, deadlines, university progress, attendance, and language progress records.
  • App preferences such as language choice, onboarding status, and the last cached Daily Character state used for a smoother mobile experience.
  • Character-learning activity such as daily character completions, review attempts, and stroke tracing results used to personalize study momentum inside the app.

How we use information

  • To authenticate you and keep your account connected across Anko Bridge surfaces.
  • To deliver student, teacher, and admin workflows such as admissions tracking, classes, notifications, and learning progress.
  • To improve the student mobile experience, including daily character review, streaks, and in-app recovery for missed characters.
  • To provide support, resolve issues, and keep the service secure and reliable.

Third-party services

  • Authentication is handled through Clerk.
  • The mobile app may use platform services required for camera access during QR attendance check-in.
  • We do not currently position the app as relying on third-party advertising or broad consumer analytics for the student release described in this repository.

Your choices

  • You can update certain profile and language settings inside the app.
  • You can request support or data-export help through the support contact surfaced in the product.
  • If you no longer want to use the service, contact Anko Bridge support for account-related requests.
